Amy Wen

Amy Wen is an accomplished Senior Lead Data Scientist with a wealth of experience in customer experience, personalization, and experimentation. She has extensive experience in experiment design, adeptly navigating the intricacies of data and identifying potential costly pitfalls that others might overlook. Her work also spans personalized outreach optimization, where she seeks to understand every part of the customer lifecycle and identify the next best actions to drive customer engagement and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Amy transitioned to data science after completing her Ph.D. in biomedical engineering from Case Western Reserve University and a postdoctoral fellowship at the Wyss Institute at Harvard University. Her academic background fuels her passion for navigating complex data landscapes and continually pushing the boundaries of what is possible.

Venkat Prava is a seasoned Data Science and Optimization expert with a Ph.D. from Johns Hopkins University in Decision Sciences. With over 8 years of applied experience, Venkat specializes in crafting innovative solutions centered around price optimization and supply chain efficiency.

His expertise spans diverse sectors—optimizing markdowns for a major sneaker retailer and devising integration solutions for renewable energy. Venkat's adeptness in identifying patterns and delivering tailored strategies empowers businesses to achieve growth and efficiency. Meet Srinivas Aripirala, the driving force behind Tharkka, with a mission to propel businesses to new heights through analytical solutions. His journey began with a Ph.D. from Johns Hopkins, where he developed mathematical models to decipher protein-drug interactions. He then honed his skills as a Management Consultant at Kearney, working across healthcare, energy, and retail.

Subsequently, Srinivas led Data Science teams in two retail companies, making a material impact within the supply chain, personalization, and price & revenue optimization areas. His pragmatic approach, which blended academia with industry, reshaped strategies.

Samsheel Kathuri

Sam is a seasoned professional with 13 years of comprehensive experience in cloud and data engineering. He has a proven track record of leading high-performance teams to deliver innovative and scalable data solutions. Sam is adept at shaping and executing data strategies, driving digital transformation, and ensuring the effective management of data assets. He is known for his collaborative leadership style and a focus on aligning data initiatives with organizational objectives.

In his role as an architect, Sam showcased leadership and implemented real-time streaming and batch pipelines at a huge scale as a developer. He has proven expertise in utilizing the latest tools and technology stacks to deliver end-to-end data engineering pipelines, optimizing cloud costs significantly while improving system performance. Sam spearheaded the migration of on-premises data infrastructure to cloud platforms, resulting in increased scalability and cost savings.

Kinshuk Sarabhai brings a wealth of expertise to the field of Data Science and Computer Vision, supported by a Masters degree from the esteemed Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, where his academic focus centered on the intricacies of Computer Vision.
